Register: Complete Registration Form to send with payment
Location: FVHS Soccer/Track Turf Field
Bring: Cleats, shin guards, water, Emergency Card, and Sports Physical Form.
IMPORTANT: All athletes must complete a Home Campus athletic profile and upload the signed Sports Physical form before the first day of camp. The 2025-26 portal will not be available until June 1. Check back for link.
